I worked with Malissa online and then visited the dealership and worked with Adrian to finalize a purchase. Both salespersons were friendly, informative and made this large purchase a relatively easy experience. It should be noted that we visited Cable Dahmer Noland Rd first as we had purchased our two previous vehicle purchases there. We initially went there to test drive an Envista. The salesperson was relatively new so the negative experience was with management. We left there feeling that they made no effort to earn our business. Any future purchases will be with your dealership. Thank you.

My plan was to just look at the sticker price on a couple vehicles and leave to avoid the “typical hassle “. Well I left with my new Acadia and I love it! Great experience for us. I’ve been taking my vehicles to this place for quite a while. This last time was the worst ever. Y’all had my vehicle for over a month. Communication was terrible. I asked for a loaner car. Every time he would say all we just loaned out the last one. But the communication was terrible. I did not know what the heck was going on with my vehicle at all. I kept calling leave messages and it’s still like that. Took forever to call back sometimes the next day. I’m very dissatisfied this time. He said he’d call on a certain day two days later he called back. Unacceptable.

Now you try to sell me a battery that is still new? In my opinion that is called fraud and I took my car back to advance auto had battery tested and verified that battery still new and under 3 year warranty. I have had nothing but good experiences in the service department. All of the advisors have been friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. I have the most experience with David and am always looking for him. It makes no difference if I come in for a wash or service; he is always happy and accommodating. In front of the house, it seems either the salesmen are selling cars or they are not interested in talking to customers who are just looking. Since our salesman left, no one has paid any attention. I stopped and spoke to what seemed to be a reasonably new salesman about being interested in a trade, as my car was coming up on 60K miles. He never even called me or did any follow-up. Our interest has now waned, and we decided to keep our Enclave as it has been nothing but perfect. While I appreciate not being swarmed when I walk through the showroom, the salespeople should be taking advantage of any possible interest. Thank you for the POPCORN!

David Cross was very friendly and professional. A miscommunication on the oil change though. I thought he was going to change my oil as part of the Recall but they couldn't get to it after I Scheduled a drop off. He got me back in the next morning and let me wait on it. Still didn't get my recall done, and i'll have to bring it in again for that.

There was an exceedingly long time between my placing an order and the factory accepting the order for production. It seems the dealer cannot adjust his orders in the allotment process. Thenthere was another long delay between the vehicle being "released to transportation" and my truck actually being released to the haulers for delivery.

My only concern was that after getting checked in I was told that it would be 45 minutes to an hour for oil change and tire rotation. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and 10 minutes no one came to get me but other customers had come and gone so I went to check for myself and low and behold my vehicle was sitting out in the pick up area. I wonder how long it had been done. The service rep checked me out while talking on the phone. I couldn't at times tell if he were talking to me or the person on the phone. I had a question to ask about the tire rotation but I felt as though I would be interrupting his phone call so I didn't ask. Pay attention to the person in front of you and put the phone caller on hold.

I brought in a 2025 Acadia with 500 miles on it with a bad master break cylinder. You had the car for 4 weeks waiting for a part. The District Manager got involved and got the part from another dealer. Why wait 4 weeks?. The day after I picked up my brand new car there is a scuff on the front drivers fender and light cover. It wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I had only driven the car home from the dealer and parked it in my garage. I didn’t drive it for a week when I noticed the area. How do I get Dave Cross to fix it?

Excellent customer service… I scheduled an appointment for one thing and then I needed additional maintenance service on my vehicle. It was still completed at the promised time. In addition to excellent mechanical/ tire service, the employees at Buick kept the interior of my vehicle clean unlike many other car service providers. There was no grime or oil on the door, seat or wheel. I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff even at 7am!

My engine indicator has been coming on indicating a emissions control problem. I have a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty with a $100 deductible. I had been dealing with this problem over the last 2 months or more. I had had my truck at the dealership 3 previous times for this problem without resolution. This was the 4th time. This time they put on a part that will hopefully solve the problem. There has been no deductable charged for tthis visitor the previous visit. I am not upset because I realize these problems are difficult to solve and require patience. Hopefully the problem has been fixed this time.

The letter from GM Corporate stated parts were available for the air bag recall. I made the appointment and arrived on time. It was discovered that they did not have one in stock for the color of my interior so they had to order it. I recommend service writers inquiry re: interior color for this recall to avoid inconveniencing the customer to make another appointment. Otherwise, the routine maintenance visit was excellent. It would be an easy assumption all the needed parts were the same color.

My car didn’t need washing but that’s a service the washing hydraulic hoses broke and got oil on the car they said the hand washed it and dried off after going home the car had oil residue on it and I noticed some grease on floor mats as I have had this issue two times before and after I said something they cleaned the mats this time I also noticed grease smudges on door panel. I don’t understand why they don’t use floor protection. I don’t mean to be fussy maybe I should ask them to use floor protection and not wash vehicle if not needed next service.

Easily scheduled an appointment for oil change with Jason. Jason was knowledgeable about all the questions I had regarding my vehicle. My appointment was scheduled. I arrived on time, Jason greeted me and we confirmed and went over what would be serviced. Jason communicated my oil changed was completed and a 27 point check would be made. Jason went over the results with me, everything looked good. I was in and out in a little over a hour. Took 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Had 2 recalls one was software update and the other was for the 6.2 V8 recall which I was told my vehicle was not on the list even though I have received 2 letters from GM to bring it in for service. I had a 1030 am appointment and called at 1050 am saying I needed to get injector cleaning service and agreed to do so. I first checked at the service desk at 2 pm as to the progress of my Yukon and said only thing done was oil change and were just getting ready to start software upgrade and the do injection service. I told them I didn’t have time and to cancel everything else. I got my Yukon back at 230 pm paid and left. Very frustrating customer service.

Dave Cross never lets me down! Took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. I had a flat tire from a screw. Took it to Discount Tire, only because it’s a mile from my house, said they couldn’t patch and that I would need to purchase a new tire. I wanted second opinion, so took to Dave Cross Dealership where it was quickly patched, put back on and said the tire was in good condition. Fast, friendly service. One complaint we have, our car was picked up WITHOUT being detailed. Never in our lives have we bright home such a FILTHY car. I have pictures, with dates, to prove how filthy it was. Each time I clean my car I get angry all over again. We mentioned this several times at the time of purchase. Nothing was done. Nothing. I feel Dave Cross owed us a detail on our Buick Enclave.

I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off at 930am and had my vehicle there at that time. The appointment was for an oil change and for a recall. When I hadn't heard anything I finally called at 2pm and asked for an update. The service advisor was not friendly and seemed annoyed I was calling, and told me there was no update and the technician had my vehicle. I explained I got off work at 3pm, and he said he wouldn't know anything for an hour or two. I arrived at the dealership at 330pm and waited an hour in the lobby. I feel like there could have been better communication. I have used other dealerships where they give you text updates, so you can better manage your time. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service I received.

I bought my Envista 2024 and i been having issues on several accessions with my Radio stopping and the radio dash goes blank, right after that the Main dash goes out. After about 10-15 seconds everything comes back on and works fine. Dealership told me they have to see it happen before they can fix it. Also told me if and when it does this to drive it in (do not shut it off) it would clear the code. I complain about it and all the dealership does/or say they do, is reset the computer. I tried to video it but it happens so fast, specially driving 70 mph.

I'm always happy with your service. But I have asked each time I'm there about the airbag recall. Each time I'm told the parts are not available. So this time, I didn't even ask, until my wife reminded me. When I asked, glory be, you had the parts on hand! I just wish it had been offered when I checked in. We get regular recall notices from CarFax about this recall. I just wish I didn't have to ask each time. Also my tires were nearing the end of their useful life. I priced your BFG tires at $238, which was competitive with my local tire shop. But your air pressure gauges and all the extras you add on, made your cost >$400 difference in price. You are clearly not interested in selling tires to your customers. Otherwise, I will be back to get our car serviced there the next time. DT

He did not communicate with me at all when he found out there was problems with my service order. The order should have been checked and corrected before I arrived at the dealership. The car was due for an oil change and multi point inspection. They suggested new air filters during the visit. But I was disappointed that they did not catch the front left headlight was out. And needed replaced. Not sure if the person didn’t check the lights but I was disappointed that this was missed and now have to make another appointment. Which makes me concerned if the tech missed a headlight. What other things may have been missed.
